ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM

Reserve your Golf Carts for the 2024 Season.

• • $50 per day/cart ($35/day plus $15/day non refundable deposit) (2 seater)
  • Deposit applied to your account.
  • Delivery/Pick-up @$1.50/km Roundtrip
  • Truck fee of $35.00 per Truck/Trailer
• Things to consider when booking:
  • Our Largest Open Truck/Trailer Combo holds 24 GAS carts
  • Our 2nd largest Enclosed Truck/Trailer combo holds 19 Electric carts.
  • Reservations for more than 24 or 19 carts will require more than 1 truck/trailer or multiple deliveries.

  • Create an Account 
  • Login with your secure Username and Password
  • Select “Cart Rentals” on the left-hand side menu
  • Input the dates and quantity required.
  • Deposit due at time of reservation; Balance Due Upon Delivery
    • Conveniently Pay the Deposit Online: Select the Pay Now Button to Immediately Secure your Reservation. 
      • OR 
    • Submit Reservation without payment and Prairie Golf Supplies will invoice you. Your Reservation will only be confirmed once the Deposit is received.

• NOTE: If your event is postponed due to weather, if the event is rescheduled and carts are available, your deposit will be transferred to the new event date.
